Our design and intention with the sign is to bring focus to the most potential buyers to your property. We have a special color combination and highway reflective materials that we have designed and used along with the information box that contains what people want to know most about a property: Price, # of Bedrooms and Bathrooms if a residential sign or other particulars if it is a commercial property. When a potential buyer drives by, they see the points that may influence them to buy vs. just the name of the Brokerage.
